【肾水不足，邪火上冲，头似痛非痛】
处方：
熟地<一两>，玉竹<一两>，山萸肉<四钱>，真山药<三钱>，元参<三钱>，川芎<三钱>，当归<三钱>，五味子<二钱>，麦冬<二钱>。
水煎服，重者三付断根。此方不可加减，若加减不应验，贻笑大方也。
